If this fee is not paid within this time period, your application will be automatically deleted from our system and you will need to re-apply. Upon acceptance, this fee will go towards your total payment for the school.

::Release of Liability::
I hereby release The School of All or Nothing, MK1615, NOTU, Deliverance Bible Church, its staff and volunteers from any liability arising out of any injury, damage or loss sustained by said persons during the course of involvement with The School of All or Nothing.

::The School of All or Nothing tuition fees::
I understand and acknowledge that the total cost for attending The School of All or Nothing is $3,925.00. I understand and acknowledge that $1,700 is due by January 15, 2012, another $1,700 is due by June 1, 2012 and the remaining $525 will be due upon arrival July 15, 2012. I understand that If I choose to cancel my plans to attend the school at any time a $350 penalty will apply to any and all refunds. (Tuition includes: The School itself with all needed materials, Quality Housing, Daily Food (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner), Transportation to/from all School Events, Entry to MK1615 Conference, Flights to/from DFW and Your Assigned International City, All Food/Housing/Transportation Needs on the Mission Field, All Needed Visas for Entry/Exit to Other Countries. The only things that this amount does NOT cover is your initial personal transportation to/from Hurst TX and the purchase of your passport.)
